Milwaukee, WI – In a testament to strategic resilience and operational dexterity, Enerpac Tool Group Corp. has capped off its fiscal 2025 with record revenues and robust profitability, defying a persistently challenging global industrial landscape.

The specialized industrial tools and solutions provider, a quiet powerhouse in mission-critical applications, announced full-year net sales of $617 million, marking a 4.6% year-over-year increase and representing its highest revenue since the company’s 2019 relaunch.

This impressive top-line growth, which included a modest 1.0% organic expansion, underscores Enerpac’s ability to not only weather economic headwinds but to leverage strategic investments and acquisitions to drive forward.

The company’s fiscal year, which concluded on August 31, 2025, painted a picture of a well-managed enterprise delivering significant value to its shareholders, a commitment further solidified by the authorization of a new $200 million share repurchase program.

Paul Sternlieb, Enerpac Tool Group’s President & CEO, expressed a clear sense of accomplishment, stating, “I am proud of the investments we have made and actions we have taken in fiscal 2025 to continue to enhance business operations and the power of the Enerpac brand.”

Sternlieb highlighted the company’s ability to post record revenue, maintain industry-leading margins, and generate strong cash flow amidst a “challenging macro-environment for the general industrial marketplace.”

This achievement speaks volumes about the efficacy of Enerpac’s operational strategies and its focus on high-value, specialized markets.

The financial bedrock supporting these achievements is particularly strong.

Enerpac reported net earnings of $93 million, or an adjusted $99 million, representing year-over-year increases of 13% and 4% respectively.

Diluted earnings per share followed suit, rising to $1.70, or an adjusted $1.81.

The company’s adjusted EBITDA climbed 4% to $154 million, maintaining a healthy margin of 24.9%.

Perhaps most tellingly, cash from operations surged by an impressive 37% to $111 million, demonstrating exceptional financial health and liquidity.

This robust cash generation is the fuel for both organic growth initiatives and direct shareholder returns.

Indeed, returning capital to shareholders has been a consistent theme for Enerpac.

The company repurchased 1.7 million shares during fiscal 2025, amounting to $69 million.

This commitment was dramatically reinforced with the Board’s approval on October 10, 2025, of a new $200 million share repurchase program, immediately replacing the previous authorization under which approximately $240 million had already been returned to investors since March 2022.

Darren Kozik, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, emphasized this continued dedication, stating, “We are pleased to announce this new $200 million share repurchase and continued commitment to returning capital to our shareholders.”

While the full-year results painted a picture of broad strength, a closer look at the fourth quarter reveals some nuanced trends.

Fourth-quarter net sales grew 5.5% to $167.5 million, a commendable figure.

However, organic sales for the quarter experienced a 1.8% decrease, primarily driven by a 2.2% organic decline in the Industrial Tools & Services (IT&S) segment. This suggests that while acquisitions, notably the DTA business, are providing a significant uplift to the top line – IT&S net sales increased 5.4% largely due to DTA – underlying organic demand in some core areas may be experiencing a slowdown.

This is a crucial point for investors, indicating that while strategic inorganic growth is working, the market remains temperamental.

Despite the organic softness in Q4, profitability metrics remained strong.

The fourth quarter saw adjusted EBITDA jump 15% year-over-year to $44.5 million, with the adjusted EBITDA margin improving a notable 220 basis points to 26.5%.

This demonstrates the company’s ability to manage costs and maintain efficiency even as sales dynamics shift.

The successful integration of the DTA business was also cited by CEO Sternlieb as “fully on track,” with an “excellent sales funnel” indicating future cross-selling opportunities.

This strategic acquisition is clearly playing a pivotal role in augmenting Enerpac’s market reach and technological offerings.

Beyond the numbers, Enerpac’s strategic investments continue to shape its future.

The company’s capital expenditures for fiscal 2025 included a significant allocation for the build-out of its new global headquarters in downtown Milwaukee, a tangible sign of long-term commitment and investment in its operational core.

Moreover, the robust performance of Cortland Biomedical, which saw 14.8% organic growth for the full year and 10.4% in the fourth quarter, highlights the success of diversifying into high-growth, specialized segments.

Looking ahead, Enerpac is projecting continued profitable growth for fiscal 2026.

The company introduced guidance for net sales between $635 million and $655 million, anticipating organic growth of 1% to 4%.

Adjusted EBITDA is forecast to be in the range of $158 million to $168 million, with adjusted EPS expected between $1.85 and $2.00.

Free cash flow is projected to be robust, ranging from $100 million to $110 million.

Sternlieb’s forward-looking statement radiates confidence: “We believe with our strong brand and operating model we can continue to outperform the market and drive profitable growth in 2026.”

In a world still grappling with economic uncertainties and geopolitical complexities, Enerpac Tool Group’s fiscal 2025 results stand out as a testament to disciplined management, strategic foresight, and an unwavering commitment to shareholder value.

The company’s ability to achieve record revenues and generate substantial cash flow while navigating a challenging environment underscores its position as a resilient and strategically agile player in the global industrial tools sector.
