Guofeng Li serves as Senior Editor at Hampton Global Business Review (HGBR), where they focus on corporate legal strategy, executive leadership in high-growth environments, and regulatory risk management. They examine the frameworks that enable effective governance and strategic litigation for modern enterprises.

Guofeng has extensive experience as both a founder and a practicing attorney. They founded and served as CEO for two educational services companies, including Beijing Wanyuan English Training Center. As a Full-time Attorney with Bruno, Gerbino, Soriano & Aitken, LLP, they represented insurance companies in fraudulent no-fault claim cases, and at Hang & Associates PLLC, they handled employment law litigation involving the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), discrimination, and wrongful termination. They are admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, California, and Connecticut.

At HGBR, Guofeng supports research that bridges the gap between executive decision-making and the complex legal landscape, offering insights into effective governance and litigation strategy for modern enterprises.
